How do I schedule different Leads to send emails on different date ?
When you want to schedule emails to go on pre-determined date for individual leads so that all leads won't be scheduled on single day.
How to just change the first line of the default email ?
Yes it is possible. You would have to create a custom sequence and custom message for it.
Steps
- On Assistant page, click on sequence button.
- Clone the Recommend sequence. Give a name and description to it.
- In this cloned sequence, change the first row by selecting Message Type as “Custom Message” and for the Message Column, select “Create New”.
- After creating the custom message, save this sequence. Also mark it Default too.
- Now you can add leads and it will use this sequence by default. So your custom message will be the first message.
