How to categorize leads as Cold, Warm, and HOT ?

Cold leads

Those leads who opened less than 3 emails are categorized as cold leads.

Warm leads

Those leads who

  • have opened 3 or more emails or clicked on link in the email
  • asked for brochure or company profile
  • asked to contact later

are categorized as warm leads.

Hot leads

Leads who respond positively asking for meeting are marked as HOT leads.
